Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery across India for your convenience.
Please note the following details before selecting COD at checkout:

• 🛒 COD Handling Fee: ₹40 will be added to your total as a delivery charge.

• 🚚 Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• 📦 Order Confirmation: All COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp/SMS or phone before dispatch.

• 🚫 Unconfirmed Orders: Unverified or unreachable COD orders may be automatically canceled.

• 🔁 No Return / No Exchange: As per our store policy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• 🎥 Parcel Opening Video Required for any claims related to wrong or missing items within 2 days of delivery.
