🚫 No Return, No Exchange, No Refund

Please note that due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is delivered.
This policy applies to all products unless they are received in damaged or incorrect condition.

💳 Payment & Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

🎥 Parcel Opening Video Required

To claim any issue such as wrong item or missing product, customers must record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides before opening and the entire opening process without cuts or edits.
Without a valid video proof, claims will not be accepted.

⏳ Claim Validity Period

Any complaint regarding a damaged, wrong, or missing item must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting our support team with your order ID and parcel video.
After this time, no claims will be accepted.

⚠️ Warranty & Guarantee

All items are checked for quality before shipment, but come with no guarantee or warranty.
Our products are made with care, but normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.
